- Upload your work orders / completion certificates / agreements below — PDF, scan, photo, Word or Excel, up to 25 files at once. Scanned documents are fine; they are read page-by-page.
- AI extracts one row per project — client, work-order number, value, period, scope. Strict rule: only what the document actually states, nothing is ever invented. Blank means the document didn't say it.
- You review — click any cell to correct it, then tick ✓ to confirm the row. Remove anything wrong with ✕.
- It pays off automatically — confirmed projects become your eligibility evidence in every tender's Go/No-Go analysis, and the 📄 Experience Statement button generates a ready-to-attach annexure PDF from them.
